問題

當您嘗試驗證 Microsoft 365 中的網域時，您會收到下列錯誤訊息：

無法驗證網域

我們無法驗證網域，因為它與另一個 Microsoft 託管服務相關聯。 網域只能與一項服務相關聯。 若要使用此網域，請先將它從另一個服務移除，然後再試一次以驗證網域。 如果您仍然無法驗證網域，請連絡 Microsoft Online Services 支援服務以解決問題

原因

如果下列其中一個條件成立，就會發生此問題：

• 網域存在於另一個 Microsoft 雲端服務中。 例如，此網域存在於Live@edu中。
• 網域與 Microsoft Exchange Online 同盟。

解決方案

若要解決此問題，請視情況使用下列其中一種方法。

您在 Live@edu 中使用您的網域

網域只能存在於一個服務中。 如果您在 Live@edu 中使用網域，而且想要在 Microsoft 365 中使用網域，請從Live@edu移除網域。

您先前已在 Exchange 委派 (設定 Exchange 同盟信任)

如果網域來自先前設定的 Exchange 同盟信任，請移除 Exchange 同盟信任。 如需如何執行這項操作的詳細資訊，請移至下列 Microsoft 網站：

您仍然會收到錯誤訊息

如果您仍然收到錯誤訊息，請連絡 Live@edu 支援 (800) 455-6399，並讓他們檢查網域目前是否已布建，或是否用於 Exchange 同盟。 具體而言，請Live@edu支援檢查 Syndication Central 中的 Known to Systemand Passport 命名空間狀態值。

Get-FederationInformation -DomainName <domain.onmicrosoft.com> Examine the DomainNamesproperty in the output. If the domain that you are trying to verify is listed, remove the federation trust for that domain.
