View your orders and get help

  • Make sure you sign in with the Microsoft account you used to make the purchase.

  • To see past orders, visit Orders & Returns.

  • To contact sellers about your order, use the Message seller on Orders & Returns.

  • Track an order by locating your order Orders & Returns and view tracking information.

  • To raise a return request, choose the Start a return option on Orders & Returns.

Note: You will be required to provide images and a description of the reason for the return.

Here are some things you can try if something isn't right:

  • Make sure you're signed in with the Microsoft account you used to make the purchase. If you have more than one Microsoft account, sign in to each one to check your order history.

  • Visit the Order & Returns page on Buy with Microsoft to view your order history and available options.

  • If you placed an order as a guest, use the Find an order option, where you can look for your order with your email address and order number

  • To contact customer support about your order, please send us a message, by accessing your order and selecting the option Message seller.

  • To initiate a return, locate your order and choose Start a return. You can initiate a return up to 30 days after delivery. 

  • To view the return policy on Buy with Microsoft, visit the Minimum Standards for Return.

  • Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after delivery. Sellers may require that you pay a return shipping fee if you bought a product by mistake, don’t need a product any longer or if you found a better product/price. 

  • If you haven’t received your order or want to contact the seller about your order, visit the Orders & Returns page and choose the option Message seller.

  • To escalate a case to customer support, please email shopsupport@microsoft.com with your order number for us to assist you.
