Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You use a right-to-left language on a Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, or Windows Server 2012 R2–based device.

You rotate the device to landscape mode.

You proceed toShare under the Search and apps in the PC settings, and then you try to switch on or off a toggle button under Sharing options by using touch.
Resolution
