Symptoms
Assume that you use Internet Explorer 10 on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2. You view a webpage that opens a JavaScript URL by using the window.open method in Internet Explorer 8 or Internet Explorer 9 document mode. In this situation, you receive the following error message:
No such interface supported.
