Microsoft Silverlight is legacy browser technology that is being deprecated. Visio Web Access (also called Visio Services) has two display modes: Raster and Silverlight. Visio Web Access will stop displaying in Silverlight mode on SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server 2019. Opening VDW files on Internet Explorer with Silverlight installed has the following impact:
