Symptoms
BizTalk Adapter for DB2 doesn't process Receive Location UPDATE or DELETE operations against DB2 for i, returning a SELECT result set but not committing changes to database.
Cause
BizTalk Adapter for DB2 processes Receive Location UPDATE or DELETE on SELECT or CALL statements against DB2 for i by using NO COMMIT isolation level instead of CURSOR STABILITY isolation level. This results in no changes committed to the DB2 for i database.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for Host Integration Server:
