Symptoms
In Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019 and Skype for Business Server 2015, when you use the Skype for Business Web Scheduler, you find that the time zone is always incorrect. For example, whenever you set the time zone for Stockholm, the Skype for Business Web Scheduler will always receive the same location, Casablanca.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:
