Problembeschreibung
Microsoft Outlook-Clients, die MAPI über HTTP verwenden, Verbindung zu Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Postfächer werden zeitweise unterbrochen. Z. B. Meldung Cachemodus Benutzer getrennt auf der Outlook-Statusleiste angezeigt. Auch erhalten Onlinemodus Benutzer folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn sie versuchen, Outlook zu starten:
Microsoft Outlook kann nicht gestartet werden. Das Outlook-Fenster geöffnet Der Ordner kann nicht geöffnet werden. Bevor Sie Ihre Ordner mit Ihrer Outlook-Datendatei (. ost) synchronisieren können, müssen Sie eine Verbindung zu Microsoft Exchange mit Ihrem aktuellen Profil herstellen.
Außerdem werden die folgenden Ereignisse im Anwendungsprotokoll der Ereignisanzeige auf dem betroffenen Server protokolliert, auf dem Exchange Server 2013 ausgeführt wird:

Ursache
Dieses Problem tritt auf, wenn der Anwendungspool MSExchangeMapiMailboxAppPool oder MSExchangeMapiAddressBookAppPool eine nicht behandelte Ausnahme auftritt.
Problemlösung
Um dieses Problem zu beheben, installieren Sie Kumulatives Update 11 für Exchange Server 2013.
