Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have domain controllers that are running Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows Server 2012 in a domain.

You install Active Directory on a server that is running Windows Server 2012 R2 in the domain, and the server replicates from a domain controller (also named helper domain controller) in the domain.
In this scenario, the Lsass.exe process that is running on the helper domain controller crashes occasionally.
Resolution
