Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services. Select Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now . Under Time range, choose a time range from the list. Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now. All your cookies and other site data will now be deleted for the time range you selected.

In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history. Choose the types of data or files you want to remove from your PC, and then select Delete.

In the search box on the taskbar, type disk cleanup, and select Disk Cleanup from the list of results. Select the drive you want to clean up, and then select OK. Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it. Select OK.

Select Storage. Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press the Y button on your controller for Device Options. Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices. On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.

To delete cookies. In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history. Select the Cookies and website data check box, and then select Delete. Block or allow cookies. If you don't want sites to store cookies on your PC, you can block cookies.

Press the Windows key and R to open the Run dialog box, enter wsreset.exe, then select OK. A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close. You can close the Microsoft Store window. If OneDrive is still not syncing, press the Windows key and R again.
