In Account Information in Outlook, you can:

To find these settings, select File > Account Settings > Account Settings.

Add an email account
Select Add Account to add an email account to Outlook. For more information about setting up accounts, see Add an email account to Outlook.
Account Settings
Change settings for your current account or set up more connections by selecting the options under the Account Settings button. These include data files, RSS feeds, SharePoint lists, calendars, and address books. You can also change your account name and sync settings, delegate access, download an address book, and change or manage profiles. For more information, see Change or update email account settings in Outlook for Windows.
Automatic Replies (Out of Office)
You can set up automatic replies that notify others when you are out of the office, on vacation, or not available to respond to email messages. Select File > Automatic Replies to set up a new automatic reply, or reuse one you've already created. For more information, see Send automatic out of office replies from Outlook.
Mailbox Settings
You can manage the size of your mailbox by emptying Deleted Items and archiving. This is also where you can move items to an Outlook data file. Select the options under the Tools button to manage the size of your mailbox by emptying Deleted Items and archiving. For more information, see Manage my mailbox size.
Rules and Alerts
Select the Manage Rules And Alerts button to help organize your incoming email messages, and receive updates when items are added, changed, or removed. For more information, see Manage email messages by using rules.
Slow and Disabled COM Add-ins
Select the Manage COM Add-ins button to manage COM add-ins that are affecting your Outlook experience. For more information, learn about Outlook add-in warnings.
Manage Add-ins
Click the Manage Add-ins button to manage and acquire Web Add-ins for Outlook. For more information on adding or removing add-ins, see Use add-ins in Outlook.
