Add an account

  1. In classic Outlook, select FileAdd Account.

  2. Enter the email address you want to add, then select Connect.

Change an existing account

  1. In classic Outlook, select FileAccount SettingsAccount Settings.

  2. Under Name, select the account you want and select Change, and then update the account as needed.
