Choose the account you want to sign in with.
  1. In a blank cell nearby, type -1, press Enter, then copy the cell. 

  2. Select the cells that you want to convert.

  3. Press Option+⌘+V, choose Multiply and select OK.

  1. To convert negative numbers to positive, use the ABS function

  2. To convert positive numbers to negative, multiply the cells by -1. 

You can also use Paste Special in Excel desktop to do this..

  • To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select Editing > Open in Desktop App.
