Choose the account you want to sign in with.
  1. When creating a new or editing an existing meeting, choose the Time zone:   Excel Ribbon Menu Down Arrow icon dropdown from the top toolbar. 

  2. Select a new time zone for the meeting.

    Meetings appear in your calendar in your local time zone. For example, a 2pm East Coast meeting appears at 11am in for a West Coast participant.

Tip: You can set and view meetings in multiple time zones in Outlook.
