Download a file

On the left, do one of the following

• Select Teams and choose team with the file you want.

• Select Chat and open a chat that has a file someone shared.

Select Files or Shared on the top toolbar. 

Select the file or files to download, and then choose Download  . on the top toolbar. Select the ellipsis (...) on the toolbar if you don't see Download. 

The file is saved to your local Downloads folder, typically C:\Users\[[your name]]\Downloads.
