Hello,
Select a different account.
You have multiple accounts
Choose the account you want to sign in with.

To start a collaborative session:

  • Open a whiteboard and select the Share button next to your name in the upper right.

  • Under the Send link field, enter the name or email of a user with whom you want to share a whiteboard. You can share a whiteboard with multiple people or groups.

  • Everyone you invite will receive an email alert with a link to the whiteboard. Your board will also appear in their list of available boards.

Select the Share button in the upper right.

To change board permissions:

  • You can assign either editing or read-only permissions to an invited user. By default, invited users can edit and rename the board, share it, or remove other users. They cannot delete the board or remove the owner.

  • To change permissions, select the Pen icon next to a person’s name. In the drop-down, you can select Can edit or Can view if you want to grant read-only permissions.

  • Select Copy link to create a link that you can share in an email or in Microsoft Teams. You can also grant editing permissions to specific users, users with existing access, or anyone in your organization with the link.

Note: You can only collaborate on whiteboards with other people in your organization. The ability to collaborate on whiteboards with guests outside of your organization is planned for a future release.
