  2. Go to Insert and select  Excel Recommended charts iconRecommended Charts.

  3. Choose  Waterfall chart buttonWaterfall.

Tip: You can also select Insert Waterfall funnel stock surface radar buttonInsert Waterfall, funnel, stock, surface, or radar chart, and then choose Waterfall chart buttonWaterfall. 

  1. Select data that resembles the following structure and values:

  2. Go to Insert select Other charts buttonOther Charts, and choose  Waterfall chart buttonWaterfall.
