Play Together makes it easy to invite friends and family for game play, where they can join on any device. You can send game invites before or during your live-stream game play in Play Together in Microsoft Teams (free) on Windows 11.
First time using Play Together? We recommend following the steps in this order to start your game play.

Before you start

If your Game Bar widget is out of focus or disappears, press the Windows logo key +G to recall it.

Invite friends and family to play
With Play Together you can invite anyone to watch or play even if they are not on Microsoft Teams (free). Friends and family can join on any device.

Open the Game Bar Widget, press Windows logo key +G.

Select the Play Together button on the Game Bar. Then select the Pin button at the top of your chat list to hold the widget in place as an overlay.

Open the chat you want to share and Go live.

Select Copy link and share the link on your preferred app or email.
See your friends while you play
You can see your family and friends' videos or avatars overlay on your game. To move the widget, select Windows logo key +G and drag the widget.
What will my friends see when I play?
What your friends and family see during your game play depends on the settings you set.

Turn your Camera on/off to share video reactions.

Mute/ unmute your Mic for voice chat.

Share content from your screen or app. When selecting which screen or app you want to share, you'll have the option to Include computer sound.
