Make a line break in a cell

Select the cell where you want to insert a line break.

In the Formula Bar, select the location in the text where to break the line.

Press Control+Option+Return on the keyboard to insert the line break.

Select the cell where you want to insert a line break.

In the Formula Bar, select the location in the text where to break the line.

Press Alt+Enter on the keyboard to insert the line break.
