Rolling up Gantt bars to the summary task
You can roll up all the Gantt bars in your project up to their summary tasks.

On the Format tab or menu, click Layout, and then select the Always Roll Up Gantt Bars check box.
Or you can roll up individual Gantt bars to a summary task.

Select the task and click the Task tab. Then click Information or click Task Information. On the General tab, select the Roll up Gantt Bar To summary check box.
If you don't want the Planning Wizard to display this information again, select the Don't tell me about this again check box.
