Print shared files from any of these locations in Teams:

  • The files list when you select OneDrive  on the left side of Teams.

  • The Files tab at the top of a channel.

  • The Shared tab at the top of a chat.

  • The message where the file was attached.

Print Microsoft 365 files

To print a Microsoft 365 file from Teams:

  1. Select OneDrive   in Teams.

  2. Hover over the file you want to print and select Show more actions for this item.

  3. Hover over Open and choose to Edit in Teams, Open in browser, or Open in app.

  4. Select File > Print and follow the onscreen instructions.
