Refresh a PivotTable

Select anywhere in the PivotTable to show PivotTable Analyze in the ribbon.

Select Refresh.

Select anywhere in the PivotTable and go to the PivotTable tab.

Select the down arrow by  Refresh All and choose Refresh or  Refresh All
