Create a meeting
- 
                  
Select Calendar > Meeting.
 - 
                  
Add attendees, a subject, and a location.
 - 
                  
Select Scheduling to see when everyone is free, and select a time that works.
 - 
                  
Select Appointment to go back and add an agenda to the meeting.
 - 
                  
Select Send.
 
Create an appointment
Schedule an appointment to block off time in your calendar.
- 
                  
Select Calendar > Appointment.
 - 
                  
Add a Subject and Location.
 - 
                  
Choose the timeframe you want.
 - 
                  
Select Save & Close.
