Split names into separate columns

Select the column that contains the names you want to split, go to Data and select  Text to Columns.

Choose the original data type, delimited or fixed width, and select Next.

Complete the steps in the wizard and select Finish.

Select the column that contains the names you want to split, go to Data and select  Text to Columns.

Choose the delimiter, and select Apply.
