  1. During a meeting, select  Meeting notes button Notes on the meeting controls. If you don't see it, select More (Generic Ellipsis button) and then choose  Meeting notes button Show notes

  2. On the Meeting notes pane, select Agenda, Meeting notes, or Follow-up tasks. Add items or just start typing. Type a / to see more options. 

  3. To enter notes on a separate page, select Open in browser button Open in browser.

  4. To view notes after the meeting, select Teams Chat Tab icon Chat on the left, find the meeting, on the Recap tab, select Meeting notes button Notes • To share meeting notes and more info, see Take meeting notes in Teams.
