ISSUE
Microsoft PowerPoint currently does not support videos playing seamlessly across multiple slides. This functionality previously relied on ActiveX controls, which are now disabled by default due to security and compliance requirements. As a result, presentations with videos configured to stop after a specific number of slides fail to work as expected.
STATUS: INVESTIGATING
This stopped working on Microsoft 365 Version 2505. The PowerPoint team is currently investigating this issue.
