Issue description: When moving emails from the Inbox to another IMAP folder, you may receive one of the following errors:
"Cannot move the items. The operation cannot be performed because the message has been changed."
“The operation cannot be performed because the message has been changed."
Note: This information applies to accounts configured to access a mailbox using IMAP.
This may occur when moving emails from other non-default source IMAP folders to another target folder. The error may occur intermittently and is more likely to be seen when there is a large number of emails in the folder.
Workaround:
Method 1: Switch to a different folder and then back to your original source folder and perform the move operation again.
Method 2: Close and restart Outlook then perform the move operation again.
