Symptoms
Assume that the Cloud Voicemail service is enabled in a hybrid deployment of Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015. However, users can't use the Set up Voice Mail option in Skype for Business client to open the Cloud Voicemail page. Instead, users are redirected to Outlook on the web (formerly known as Outlook Web App).
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the August 2021 cumulative update 6.0.9319.619 for Skype for Business Server 2015, Core Components.
