Applies ToDynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 Dynamics AX 2012 R3

Introduction

This update introduces the changes that are available on the 2-NDFL and 6-NDFL reports for Russia in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1.

More Information

According to the orders of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation № MMB-7-11/18@ from 17th of January 2018 and № MMB-7-11/19@ from 17th of January 2018, the following changes have been implemented:

  • A new electronic format 5.05 of 2-NDFL report;

  • A new printable format of 2-NDFL report;

  • A new electronic format 5.02 of 6-NDFL report;

  • The possibility to enter Company reorganization data in the system.

Users can enter and save Company reorganization data in "Income data register" (on "General" tab). The data will be used in electronic format of both 2-NDFL and 6-NDFL reports and printable format of 2-NDFL report generated directly from Income data register:

When printing 2-NDFL report from "Income tax" form,  Company reorganization data can be defined right before printing:

The updates are available for manual download and installation from the Microsoft Download Center:

Prerequisites

You must have one of the following products installed to apply this hotfix:

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
