Introduction
This update enables a new SZV-STAZH report about the seniority of insured employees in electronic and printable formats in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1.
More Information
According to the order of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation No 3p from 11th of January 2017, a new personified reporting form of SZV-STAZH has been introduced.
To comply with the requirements, the following changes have been implemented:

An electronic (XML) format of SZV-STAZH report;

A printable format of SZV-STAZH report.
SZV-STAZH report is accessible in the system under the following new menu items:
In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and R2:

Payroll (Russia) > Settlements with tax authorities > Reports > Insured employees seniority data SZV-STAZH;
-
Payroll (Russia) > Reports > Settlements with tax authorities > Insured employees seniority data SZV-STAZH.
In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1:
-
Staff accounting > Income tax > Reports > Insured employees seniority data SZV-STAZH;
-
Staff accounting > Reports > Income tax > Insured employees seniority data SZV-STAZH.
On the report selection form define:
-
Kind of correction - Original, Additive or Retirement;
-
Reporting period - specify the reporting year;
-
Directory - specify the folder where the output XML file will be stored;
-
Export to Microsoft Office Excel - mark this check-box if the printable format is also required.
Note: For "Retirement" mode only printable format is available. A separate printable report will be generated for each selected Person.
Only employees with assigned Pension Date within the reporting year will be included to the report.
In addition, the error with wrong number of days for part-time employees in Timesheet report T-13 was also fixed and included in this update.
