Assume that during a call, you search for a contact in the contact picker in Microsoft Lync 2013 (Microsoft Skype for Business), and the contact isn't the first contact in the search result. When you transfer the call by using a mouse to click the Phone icon on the Quick Link menu for the selected contact, the call is transferred to the first contact of the searched contact list.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the September 8, 2015 security update (KB3085500) for Lync 2013 (Skype for Business).Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
