Summary
This article describes the Microsoft Excel 2010 issues that are fixed in the hotfix package that is dated December 11, 2012.
INTRODUCTION
Issue that this hotfix package fixes
-
Excel crashes intermittently if a file has a Workbook_Open() macro that calls the ThisWorkbook_Close() method to close itself.
-
Assume that you restrict data entry to certain relative references by using the data validation feature for some cells in an Excel 2010 worksheet. Then, you save the worksheet as an .xml file. In this situation, when you close and reopen the .xml file in Excel 2010, the relative references are unexpectedly changed.
-
When you run a macro that sets the PageSetup.PrintArea property in Excel 2010, you receive the following error message:
Run-time error '-2147352560(80020010)':
Method 'PrintArea' of object 'PageSetup' failed
