Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You use the Host Integration Server Diagnostic tool to search for installed product updates.

You start the tool either by running Display.exe or through the SNA Manager (Tools > Diagnostic).
In this scenario, you receive an "Out Of Memory" error message.
