INTRODUCTION
This article describes how to create business alerts that you can use in Extender in Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0.

Before you can use business alerts in Extender, you must first make the tables available in the Business Alert Table Maintenance window. To do this, follow these steps:

On the Tools menu, point to Utilities , point to System , and then click Business Alerts . |

In the Dictionary list, click Extender . |
3. |
In the Series list, click Project . |
4. |
Click the following tables, and then click Insert : • Extender Window Field Dates |
5. |
Click Process . |
To create a business alert, follow these steps:

On the Tools menu, point to Setup , point to System , and then click Business Alerts . |
2. |
Click Create New Alert , and then click Next . |
3. |
In the Database list, click a database. |
4. |
In the Business Alert ID box, type a name for the business alert. Then, click Next . |
5. |
In the Series list, click Integrating Applications . |
6. |
Click the required Extender table, and then click Next . |
7. |
Define the business alert formula conditions. |
