Use Microsoft 365 Copilot Pages on the go and work from anywhere. The following steps apply to the Microsoft 365 Copilot app for iOS and Android.

Notes: 

  • This article applies to Copilot Pages in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. If you want to learn about Copilot Pages in the Microsoft Copilot app, see Using Copilot Pages with Microsoft Copilot.

  • If you have a work or school (Entra ID) account, Copilot Pages is available to those who have SharePoint or OneDrive storage, including ones without a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.

  • If you have a personal Microsoft account, Copilot Pages is available if you’re a Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, or Premium subscriber. Learn more about Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing and Microsoft 365 Copilot plans.

How to create a new page on your phone

  1. Open the Microsoft 365 Copilot app for iOS or Android on your device.

  2. In Copilot Chat, write a prompt in the Message Copilot compose box, then select the send button.

  3. Select the pencil button Pencil icon representing Edit in Pages button in Microsoft 365 Copilot Pages below Copilot's response to create a page.

How to view an existing page on your phone

  1. Select the menu button in the upper left corner of your screen.

  2. Select Library.

  3. Select Pages to see a list of all your pages in Microsoft 365 Copilot Library.

How to edit an existing page on your phone

Tap on the page to directly edit it. Your updates are saved automatically.

How to share a page on your phone

  1. On the page you want to share, tap More actions  More options icon in the upper right corner.

  2. Tap Share. A link is automatically copied for you and ready to paste.

  3. Select Settings to control link access, add an expiration date, and manage other options.
