Symptoms

In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013, an SAP Send port cannot complete an RFC call to get open items, and you receive the following error message:

SAP.Middleware.Connector.RfcInvalidStateException: Cannot get a client connection: invalid destination NCoConnection (DELETED)

The fix that resolves this issue is included in the following cumulative updates for BizTalk Server:

Cumulative update package 4 for BizTalk Adapter Pack 2013

Cumulative update package 6 for BizTalk Server 2013 R2
