Symptoms
Internet Explorer 9 and Internet Explorer 10 may leak memory when you use the DOMParser.parseFromString method to parse Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) content that is contained in a script tag.
Cause
This problem occurs when an SVGUseElement object is present in an orphaned markup. The orphaned markup may not be cleaned up and may cause memory accumulation.
Resolution
