Mandatory SQL Server 2012 SP1 hotfix

In addition to the fixes that are listed in this article, SQL Server 2012 SP1 includes Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Cumulative Update 1 (CU1) and Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Cumulative Update 2 (CU2). Therefore, SQL Server 2012 SP1 contains the hotfixes that were included in SQL Server 2012 CU1 and in SQL Server 2012 CU2.
