Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You use SQL Server 2016 Reporting Services web portal.

You open a mobile report in an embedding-optimized view by appending rs:Embed=true such as in the following example:
https://reportserver/reports/mobilereport/Marketing%20Scorecard?rs:Embed=true

You drill through to another mobile report.
In this scenario, the mobile report is not opened in the embedding-optimized view.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is included in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:
Each new cumulative update for SQL Server contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous cumulative update. Check out the latest cumulative updates for SQL Server:
