Symptoms
Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio that has the June 2016 update installed to connect to an instance of SQL Server 2008 R2 or earlier versions. When you save a maintenance plan, you receive a "No description found" error message. Note The version number for SQL Server Management Studio June 2016 generally available update is 13.0.15500.91.
Resolution
The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update of SQL Server:
Each new cumulative update for SQL Server contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous cumulative update. We recommend that you download and install the latest cumulative updates for SQL Server:
