Applies ToSQL Server 2019 on Linux

Improvement

Assume that you use SQL Server 2019 on Linux. When core dump is triggered, the output stack frames are sent to .json/.txt file. Additionally, raw frame return addresses are sent as output, which is not helpful. This improvement outputs module and offset information as dumps instead of the raw return addresses. This helps in debugging.
