Symptoms
The SAP adapter ignores the DatsMinToDateTime value set in the DataTypesBehavior binding property; the minimum value for the DATS field returned by SAP systems is always converted to the .NET DateTime.MinValue.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:

Cumulative Update 2 for BizTalk Server 2020
Note The default value for DatsMinToDateTime is changed from ERROR to "0001-01-01T00:00:00".
