Symptoms
You notice that the proxy settings of Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) send ports are no longer taken into account at runtime. This affects WCF adapters that use HTTP or HTTPS transports (WCF-WebHttp, WCF-BasicHttp, WCF-WSHHttp, WCF-BasicHttpRelay) that have URL or Action mappings.
Note This problem was introduced in Cumulative Update 8 for BizTalk Server 2016 and Cumulative Update 1 for BizTalk Server 2020.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative updates for BizTalk Server:
