Symptoms
In rare cases, Software Defined Network (SDN) Express PowerShell scripts fail. This failure manifests in two potential ways:

Could not stop NcHostAgent Service

Creating an SDN VM fails with the following message, “A virtual disk support provider for the specified file was not found. (0xC03A0014).”
Resolution/Workaround

Restart the node that experienced the issue.

Run SDN Express again.
SDN Express will continue where it left off and complete the deployment of SDN.
