Symptoms

If you print an image from Windows Photoviewer with a higher resolution than your printer’s maximum resolution, the image may only be partially printed.

Cause

Microsoft is aware of this issue with Windows Photoviewer.

Resolution

Print the image from another app, such as Microsoft Paint.
