Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You open a map application on a computer that has Windows 8.1 installed.

You move away from the map application.

You change the location in the computer.
-
You move back to the map application.
In this situation, the location is not updated in the map application for a short time. For example, if you used a map application at home, it would still display you at home if your location is changed.
Resolution
