Symptoms

This issue occurs in a Microsoft Lync Server 2013 environment that has thousands of sites or subnets deployed. When this issue occurs, the location report displays only the Caller or Callee subnet information. The names under the Sites column and the Subnet column are not visible.

Cause

This issue occurs because the network connection setting information is not populated into the Region, UserSites, and Subnet tables of the QoEMetrics database. Also, not all numbers for the sites and subnets are counted after sites or subnets are added or removed.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the February 2015 Cumulative Updatefor Lync Server 2013 Core Management Server.
