Symptoms
Assume that you deploy Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 with Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015. After you upgrade Microsoft Lync 2013 to Skype for Business, event ID 32054 that resembles the following floods the Event Viewer on the Skype server:
Cause
This issue occurs because Exchange Server 2010 doesn't support certain Microsoft Unified Communications Web API (UCWA) that's used by Skype.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the November 2016 cumulative update 6.0.9319.272 for Skype for Business Server 2015.
