Symptoms
When you use the 32-bit version of Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 client to start a video conference call together with several other users who use cameras, the video conference call does not display the participant video.
Cause
If the Skype for Business memory usage exceeds 2 GB, then an incorrect value check causes the video output to fail.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the December 1, 2020, update (KB4486745) for Microsoft Skype for Business 2016.
