Symptoms
In Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019 and Skype for Business Server 2015, when an instant message (IM) is sent to a UCWA mobile client (Skype for Business for Android or Skype for Business for iOS), the client shows the notification in the notification drawer with all the information, for example, the sender and the message preview.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:
